Florida Psychoeducational Evaluations
Stacy Zebrick, EdS
Licensed School Psychologist
Services
Is your child struggling at home or school with behavior or academics? A psychoeducational evaluation can get you some of the answers you've been looking for.
Psychoeducational assessments are completed for a variety of purposes, including eligibility determination for special education and related services, evaluation of progress, and the development of appropriate behavioral and/or educational interventions. Evaluations may include assessment of domains including, but not limited to: intellectual, academic, cognitive processing, adaptive, and social/emotional development. These results can be shared with the schools to assist in determining the need for a 504 Plan, Individual Education Plan (IEP), or College Board exam accommodation.
I assess for Learning Disabilities (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia), academically gifted program (AGP), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit/Hyperactivty Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety/Depression and more. I help to find a child's strengths and weaknesses so you can walk away with a clear path to what we can do to help your child. The testing will provide concrete strategies and recommendations on what to do next to help your child become more successful at school and home.

How long do evaluations typically take?
Evaluations for AGP generally take 35-75 minutes. However, some children may need breaks and testing can go longer.
Evaluations for learning disabilities, autism, and ADHD can take anywhere from 2 to 5 hours with breaks. These may need multiple testing sessions.
When will I know the results?
With AGP I can give you verbal testing results on the same day as the evaluation. A typed report will be sent within 3 business days.
With Learning Disabilities, Autism, Anxiety/Depression, ADHD, and other similar evaluations I provide a thorough typed report within 14 business days.
Why come to you?
I have had experience evaluating children in Hillsborough County for over 12 years. I do my best to build rapport with children to be able to find your child's true abilities. I am also willing to come to your home for the evaluation to make sure your child is as comfortable as possible.
What types of payments do you take?
I accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards. I can take HSA/FSA cards as long as they are set up as regular credit cards. I am also a direct Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA), formerly Gardiner provider.
I am out of network with most insurance companies but can provide you with a superbill that you can submit for possible out of network reimbursement.
Do you just work with students in the Tampa Bay area?
No! I live in Tampa so that is my base, however, I travel to you as well. If you're anywhere in Florida, don't hesitate to call or text.
